Tetnuldi Ski Resort will host the Freeride World Tour in 2024

Tetnuldi Ski Resort will host the Freeride World Tour in 2024 for the first time in the country's history, alongside Canada, Andorra, Spain, Switzerland and Austria.

The competition, to be held 1-7 March 2024 in Tetnuldi (Svaneti region), will see 50 outstanding athletes competing in the freeriding: skiing and snowboarding in untracked snow on difficult and mountainous terrain.

"We have earned the trust and recognition of international experts, therefore, we will host the Freeride World Tour with dignity, as we did the #Bakuriani World Championship. Georgia will once again be marked on the world sports map in a new direction", said the Director of the MTA Irakli Burchuladze.

The World Tour covers 300 million spectators around the world.
